Poe2db Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the poe2db platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all poe2db platform users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using any service on the poe2db platform, you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please stop using the platform immediately.
Users must meet the following requirements to be eligible to use poe2db:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be a resident of Malaysia or access the platform from a location where such use is permitted under local law.
- Not listed on any prohibition or restriction list issued by relevant authorities.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Poe2db reserves the right to decline or terminate the registration of any user who does not meet the above requirements, without prior notice.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on poe2db. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. poe2db reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact poe2db support immediately. We recommend using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication.
Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the poe2db platform:
- Fraud, manipulation, or any attempt to exploit the system or games.
- Use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or operate the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
- Use of false information or another person's identity during registration or transactions.
- Any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
3. Payments, MYR Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the poe2db platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is involved in the deposit or withdrawal process.
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including e-wallets and FPX bank transfers. All deposits are final once credited to your account. Minimum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit or a verified method. poe2db reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the selected method.
Poe2db reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation.
4. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Poe2db reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- The user violates any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- The user engages in fraudulent activity or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.
- Poe2db complies with instructions from the relevant authorities.
- Account inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.
Any balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be fully forfeited, depending on the severity of the breach.
Limitation of Liability
Poe2db shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: service disruptions beyond our control, actions of third parties, unforeseen technical failures, or any indirect losses suffered by users. In all circumstances, poe2db's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Privacy
All content, designs, graphics, software code, trademarks, and other materials on the poe2db platform are the exclusive property of poe2db or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any content without prior written consent from poe2db. Copyright infringement may result in legal action.
The poe2db platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. poe2db is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access such links at their own risk and are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of those websites before submitting any personal information.
The collection, use, and protection of users' personal data is governed by the separate poe2db Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to data collection practices as described in that Privacy Policy. poe2db is committed to safeguarding user information in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. 6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Right to Modify Terms
Poe2db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without separate notice to users. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the poe2db platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, please stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
